1-Year Limited Warranty

Bell Innovation LLC stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. This officially licensed Cathedral of Learning Replica with Victory Lights is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials, electronics, and manufacturing workmanship under normal, intended indoor use. This includes:

  • Failure or malfunction of internal LED illumination components.

  • Failure of internal power delivery circuitry (USB-C port and battery terminal connections).

  • Structural integrity defects present at delivery or resulting from normal display.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Accidental Damage & Misuse: Drops, impacts, physical abuse, or unauthorized disassembly/modifications.

  • Environmental & Heat Exposure: 3D-printed materials are sensitive to extreme heat. Warping or deformation caused by exposure to direct excessive sunlight, heaters, or being left inside a hot vehicle is not covered.

  • Liquid & Outdoor Exposure: This product is intended for indoor display only. Damage caused by water, spills, high-humidity outdoor environments, or corrosion is excluded.

  • Improper Power Sources: Using non-standard power supplies exceeding recommended USB-C voltage (5V standard) or battery leakage/corrosion from depleted, mixed, or faulty disposable batteries.

  • Cosmetic Variations: 3D printing creates subtle layer lines, seam lines, and micro-textures inherent to additive manufacturing. These unique characteristics are part of the craft and are not considered manufacturing defects.

How Warranty Service Works

If your Victory Light replica experiences a covered defect within one year of delivery:

  1. Reach Out: Email us at mitch@bellinnovation.co with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect.

  2. Evaluation: We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find the fastest solution.

  3. Resolution: At our discretion, Bell Innovation LLC will either:

    • Provide replacement electronic components or modular parts,

    • Repair the defective unit, or

    • Replace the unit with an equivalent model.

If an item must be returned for inspection or repair, we will provide instructions on return shipping. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs after 30 days from initial delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Bell Innovation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory.
