Shipping & Returns

Thank you for supporting Bell Innovation. Because our Cathedral of Learning replicas are produced and hand-assembled in small production batches, please review our fulfillment schedules and return guidelines below.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard U.S. Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

  • Monthly Batch Fulfillment: We operate on a monthly batch schedule. Your order will be carefully manufactured, tested, packaged, and shipped out by the end of the batch month stated on the product page when you order.

  • Tracking Updates: As soon as your order is packed and the shipping label is generated, you will automatically receive an email with your carrier tracking number. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once in transit.

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your batch shipping window begins.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so for a 100% full refund at any point before your shipping label and tracking number have been generated.

  • After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been created and the package is in transit, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

Return & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of every model that leaves our Pittsburgh workshop. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it:

1. Damaged in Transit or Defective Upon Arrival

If your replica arrives damaged from shipping or exhibits an immediate functional defect:

  • Contact us at mitch@bellinnovation.co within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and 2–3 clear photos showing the damage or issue (including photos of the outer shipping box if it arrived crushed or torn).

  • We will issue a prepaid return shipping label at zero cost to you and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

Because our replicas are produced in limited, dedicated batches:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original box with all packaging and inserts included.

  • Return Shipping: We are happy to provide a convenient, printable prepaid return shipping label. The actual cost of this return postage will simply be deducted from your refund total.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it is intact and in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  1. Your Order Number

  2. The reason for your return

  3. Photos (required only if reporting shipping damage or a defect)
